Very good location, great food, good facilities for children.

Located conveniently close to the slopes and gondola, this hotel is perfect for skiing enthusiasts. Rooms are well, furnished, and bathrooms are spacious and clean. staff service is prompt and friendly, and breakfast is delicious. the facilities provided for children are also great for families. a great experience!

The check, in and check, out timings could be improved, as they're quite late and early, respectively.

The room was disgustingly dirty, with dust bunnies lurking under all the furniture and it seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in months. the check-in and check-out times were inconvenient and didn't allow for much flexibility.

I had an amazing stay here! The location was perfect, right near the slopes and gondola. The facilities for children were impressive, including a kids' club and playground. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
